This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between DS Consulting Club / The GrowPro Shop (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and the client (“you,” “your”) upon purchase of the Brand Makeover Consulting Package. By completing your order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Overview
The Brand Makeover Consulting Package is a comprehensive business and brand transformation service designed to help small business owners reposition their businesses for growth, clarity, and success. This is not a design-only service—it is a strategic, operational, and creative overhaul focused on sustainable development and long-term brand alignment.
2. What’s Included in the Package
The following deliverables are included based on the selected package tier (with or without visual brand identity):
Core Deliverables:

Comprehensive Brand Audit – Evaluation of current brand, performance, and challenges

New Brand Kit – Strategic foundation including positioning, brand philosophy, UVP, and communications direction

1-Month Social Media Content Calendar – Posting calendar for up to 3 platforms, aligned with the new brand positioning

3. Duration & Delivery
- The full Brand Makeover process will be completed within 4–6 weeks, depending on project complexity and client responsiveness
- Deliverables will be shared in PDF, JPG, PNG, and ready-to-print formats as appropriate
- One (1) revision is included per major deliverable (excluding operational documentation unless errors are present)
- Final handover will include all editable and usable brand assets as agreed
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Submit the Brand Makeover Onboarding Form within five (5) business days of purchase
- Attend the scheduled kickoff meeting with Dima to align on direction
- Provide clear, accurate, and complete information throughout the process
- Respond to communication, information or document requests, review drafts, and approve deliverables in a timely manner
Delays in feedback or form submission may affect the delivery timeline.
5. Revisions & Scope Limitations
- One (1) revision per deliverable is included; additional rounds will be billed separately
- Major structural or directional changes requested after approval will require a formal scope reassessment and may incur additional charges
- Requests for items not listed in the selected package (e.g., extra packaging designs, additional social media calendars) will be quoted separately

This package does not include:
- Website development
- Trademark registration or legal consultations
- Ongoing social media management
- Physical printing or production services
6. Ownership & Usage Rights
- Upon full payment and delivery, you are granted full commercial usage rights for all brand assets and documents created under this package
- We retain the right to display anonymized versions in our portfolio or case studies unless requested otherwise in writing
- Editable source files for design assets (AI, PSD, INDD) are available upon request, billed separately.
7. Confidentiality
All information shared with us during this project—including brand materials, business insights, and operational structures—will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your written consent, unless required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Business outcomes resulting from the implementation of brand strategies
- Printing or production errors from third-party vendors
- Delays caused by incomplete briefs, late feedback, or scope deviations
- Misuse or alteration of final brand assets by third parties
This package is a consultative and strategic service intended to support your business direction, not a guarantee of financial performance or business success.
9. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made in full prior to project initiation unless otherwise agreed in writing
- All payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced
- Add-on services or revisions beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately and must be approved before commencement
10. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing this service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement becomes effective upon payment and remains in force throughout the duration of the Brand Makeover project.
