Business Financial Model Creation – Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between DS Consulting Club / The GrowPro Shop (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and the client (“you”, “your”) upon purchase of the Business Financial Model Creation service. By engaging this service, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Scope of Service

We will create a customized financial model in Microsoft Excel based on the client’s business information and requirements. The model will be tailored to reflect your business structure, revenue streams, costs, and growth assumptions.

The Service Includes:

• One (1) customized Excel-based financial model
• Financial projections for a 3–5 year period
• Revenue modeling for multiple income streams (if applicable)
• Cost modeling (COGS, OPEX, CAPEX)
• Profit and loss projection
• Cash flow forecast
• Summary dashboard with visual indicators and key metrics
• Editable structure with dynamic assumptions and input fields
• One (1) round of post-delivery revisions (minor corrections or adjustments only)
• Optional 30-minute handover session (upon request)

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate information using the intake form
• Supply all necessary business data (e.g., pricing structure, cost estimates, revenue sources, expense categories, etc.)
• Respond to clarification requests in a timely manner to avoid delivery delays

Please note: The quality and accuracy of the model depend entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the data you provide.

3. Deliverables & Timeline

• The model will be delivered in Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) format within 7–10 business days from the date of receiving all required information
• One (1) round of revisions is included. Revisions are limited to minor modifications based on original inputs and do not include restructuring or significant scope changes
• Additional revisions or structural changes will be billed separately upon agreement

4. Exclusions

This service does not include:

• Business plan writing or investor pitch deck creation
• Valuation, legal, or tax advisory
• Financial auditing or due diligence services
• Ongoing updates or maintenance of the model beyond the initial delivery and one included revision
• Model restructuring due to missing or inaccurate client-provided data

5. Confidentiality

All business and financial information shared with us will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

This model is a strategic planning tool. While created with diligence and based on industry best practices, it does not guarantee financial results or investment outcomes. We are not liable for business decisions, missed opportunities, or financial losses resulting from reliance on the model.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this agreement. This agreement becomes effective upon receipt of payment and remains valid throughout the service delivery period.
