This Service Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the one-time Accounting System Setup service provided by DS Consulting Club / The GrowPro Shop (“we”, “our”, “us”) to the client (“you”). By purchasing this service, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Scope of Service
This service includes the one-time setup of a customized accounting system based on your business model and financial tracking needs. The service covers the following components:

Initial Requirements Consultation
A discovery session to gather information about your business operations and accounting requirements.

Custom Chart of Accounts
Tailored categorization of income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.

Sales & Income Tracking System
Templates or QuickBooks configuration to track revenue by product, service, client, or other categories.

Expense Management System
Structured tools for recording and categorizing expenses to support reporting and cost control.

Invoicing Structure
Custom invoice template in Excel or QuickBooks, aligned with your branding and business processes.

Payment Tracking Setup
System to monitor receivables and payables, including due dates and payment statuses.

Reporting Dashboard (Excel systems only)
A visual dashboard providing summary insights on income, expenses, and profit trends.

System Creation in Excel or QuickBooks
Final setup of the accounting system in the platform of your choice.
2. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information in the brief form and during the consultation.
- Any delays in providing the required information may result in delays in service delivery.
- If QuickBooks is selected, you are responsible for maintaining an active subscription and granting access as needed.
3. Deliverables
- One (1) fully configured accounting system in Excel or QuickBooks, based on your selected platform.
- One (1) round of revision following delivery.
- Optional 30-minute handover session upon request.
4. Exclusions
- This service does not include ongoing accounting, monthly bookkeeping, VAT registration, or tax advisory services.
- This service does not include payment of any third-party software fees.
QuickBooks subscription fees (or any other subscription fees) are not included and are the responsibility of the client.
5. Timeline
- The setup process will begin upon receipt of a completed brief and any required materials.
- Standard delivery timeline is 7–14 business days, subject to prompt client communication.
- Revisions will be delivered within 5–10 business days of receiving feedback.
6. Revisions & Additional Work
- One (1) revision is included in the service fee.
- Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges and will require client approval in advance.
7. Confidentiality
All client information, financial data, and business models shared with us will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take care to create a reliable and efficient system, we are not liable for any losses, errors, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the accounting system provided. You are responsible for verifying all data entered and for seeking independent accounting or tax advice as required.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing this service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this agreement.
