1. Monthly Subscription

A flexible solution for businesses that need continuous support on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription anytime.

What’s Included:

• Preparation and issuance of sales invoices (based on information provided by management)
• Recording of all purchase bills and business-related expenses
• Bank, credit card, and petty cash reconciliation in Excel or QuickBooks
• Month-end closing entries and account reconciliation
• Preparation of monthly financial reports:
  • Profit and Loss Statement
  • Balance Sheet
  • Cash Flow Statement
• VAT return preparation and submission (only for active monthly subscribers)

Monthly Pricing (based on transaction volume):

• Up to 150 transactions/month – AED 2,000/month
• Up to 500 transactions/month – AED 4,000/month

2. Yearly Subscription

An all-inclusive solution for businesses seeking consistent, long-term accounting support and compliance.

Includes everything in the Monthly Subscription, plus:

• Year-end account closing and reconciliation
• VAT return preparation and submission
• Corporate tax return submission to Federal Tax Authorities
• Audit support and coordination (if applicable)
• Priority access for quarterly financial reviews (if requested)

Yearly Pricing (includes a 5% discount):

• Up to 150 transactions/month – AED 22,800/year
  (AED 2,000 x 12 = AED 24,000 – 5% discount)
• Up to 500 transactions/month – AED 45,600/year
  (AED 4,000 x 12 = AED 48,000 – 5% discount)

Important Notes:

• This service relies on having an existing accounting system and does not include the creation of the accounting system. The Accounting system creation is a separate service that you can purchase on this link. 
• QuickBooks subscription fees are not included and are the responsibility of the client.
• This service assumes the client will provide timely access to all relevant data, including sales, purchases, bank statements, and tax documents.
• VAT and Corporate Tax submission services are only included for yearly subscribers.
• Monthly subscribers must maintain continuous service to receive VAT submission support.
• The discounts for yearly subscribers are applied when you press Subscribe Yearly.
• If your transaction volume is larger than 500 transactions a month, please contact us for a customized quotation.

Once purchased, you will receive an onboarding form to fill. Once filled and submitted, we will get in touch with you to start your accounting service. You will also receive a downloadable Accounting Services Agreement outlining the terms and conditions.
